Workout of the Day (equipment needed)
Time to go to the gym, but short on time? Here is an awesome 15 minute workout for you. The key is to run through this circuit as many times as you can within 15 minutes. You are moving for efficiency and time. Complete everything as quickly as possible. My advice – try to have everything you need set up in one location or near each other for speed. As with any workout, please make sure you stretch and properly warm up before you do this. Enjoy!
400m run/sprint (about 1/4 mile)
40 Air Squats
30 Butterfly sit-ups
20 Triceps Pushups
10 Pull ups (using assistance if needed)
